A unique chemistry behind our product.  Under a microscope the molecular strands of the solvent are engaging in a chemical reaction whereby the polymer chains join to become a very strong yet flexible bond. This gives some significant advantages. 

These advantages are, improved tensile strength, resistance to damage at high temperatures and/or excessive temperature swings and significantly reduces the likelihood of cracking while driving. Our coating can also stand direct water 365 days per year nonstop.

Free radicals that attach to what is called double bonds result in a special chemical crosslink. This crosslink is why you can put our product over almost any other roof coating or seam sealer.  This is also the reason why our product only needs one coat and never needs a primer!
